Food & Drink

We provide a variety of delicious Polish traditional dishes and desserts. You will find food booths and our beer garden outside at the Mural Amphitheatre. Desserts, coffee, tea and soft drinks are served in the Armory.

Below is the list of food vendors and their menu selections.

Polish Ladies Auxiliary

by Ladies Auxiliary of the Polish Home Association, Seattle

Serving:

  • Placki Ziemniaczane (potato pancakes) – plain, sour cream, apple sauce
  • Placki with Goulash (beef stew), pickle
  • Polish Platter – kielbasa, gołąbek (cabbage roll), 2 meat pierogi, 2 ruski (potato and cheese) pierogi, sauerkraut salad, pickle, bread
  • Polish Hot Dog – Polish sausage on a bun
  • Gołąbki (cabbage rolls) with bread
  • Pierogi (Polish dumpling) – with meat filling
  • Pierogi – with potato and cheese filling 

Sebi’s Bistro

by Sebi’s Bistro, a family owned and operated restaurant located on Eastlake Ave. in Seattle. 

Serving:

  • Bigos (Hunter’s stew, a traditional meat and cabbage stew served with kielbasa and rye bread)
  • Gofry (Polish waffles)
  • Naleśniki (crêpes with farmer cheese filling and fruit sauce)

Beer Garden

by the Polish Home Foundation, Seattle

Serving imported Polish beer, bottled & on tap, and local Pacific Northwest wines.

Desserts

Serving ciasto (pastries), coffee, tea, and soft drinks inside the Armory.
